These are exquisitely appointed self-catering, private home environments and each is designed and sized to perfectly suit your individual travel purpose and preferences.

The Iron Horse House is a self-catering accomodation located off-site (about 1/2 mile) but still in the same great walkable neighborhood as the Royal Elizabeth. The 1,100 sf, 1906 brick bungalow is fully furnished and equipped, in a contemporary style similar to the Carriage House, but with two queen bedrooms along with one full bath, living/dining room, gourmet kitchen, sun/media room, laundry room and large private yard with abundant shade, lush gardens, citrus trees, covered patio, comfortable seating and fire pit. The home is located in the hip and Bohemian Iron Horse Historic Neighborhood just 1/2 mile from the University of Arizona. The Iron Horse Studio is a 300 sf studio designed in a contemporary hotel room style. It is the former carriage house building of the Iron Horse House and features a king bedroom, wardrobe, ample storage and workspace. There is a beautiful bathroom suite with large walk-in shower and separate water closet. Though the studio is physically separated and private from that home, it is ideal to combine both portions of the property to create a three bedroom, two bath home with the third bedroom being accessed by a few steps through the garden.
